Deposits Are Non-Refundable
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. This is due to the time reserved exclusively for you, preparation costs, and the inability to offer that time slot to others once booked.
No Refunds on Completed or Missed Appointments
We do not offer refunds for completed appointments, missed appointments, or cancellations made after booking. Your appointment is your responsibility to attend.
UK Consumer Law Compliance
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If you believe we have failed to meet this standard, please contact us in writing within 7 days of your appointment so we can address your concerns. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Scheduling and Rescheduling
Once a booking is confirmed, changes may not be possible due to scheduling constraints. If rescheduling is offered at our discretion, a minimum of [48 hours] is required, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
